CST will send via email your confirmation. Online bookings are confirmed within 24 hours via telephone from a guest services representative from CST. At that time, payment is due in full. Please understand that reservations will be canceled if we have not spoken to you within that time period or if payment is not received within the required time periods outlined in this site. ALL RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM ARRIVAL DATE REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME THE RESERVATION IS PLACED. A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF A CANCELATION OCCURS 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF A CANCELATION OCCURS LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS ABLE TO BE RE-RENTED - SEE BELOW.
RENTAL RATES: Please note that CST's published rates are as up to date as possible however are subject to change without notice. All Rental Rates are subject to the applicable sales tax: Georgia Sales Tax = 6% and Hotel/Motel Tax = 6%. The rental rates for our properties are according to the following rental season:
Peak Season (summer): May 15 - Aug 15
Mid Season (spring and fall): Mar 1 - May 14 and Aug 16 - Oct 10
Off Season (winter): Oct 11 - Feb 28
RATES LISTED DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES, RESERVATION FEE, DAMAGE WAIVER OR HOUSEKEEPING FEES
RESERVATION FEE: A non-refundable Reservation Fee of $25.00 is applied to all reservations
METHODS OF PAYMENT: For your convinience, CST offers many payment options to choose from. We accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, credit cards (Visa or MasterCard), travelers checks or paypal. All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee and WILL NOT BE RE-DEPOSITED.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: An initial Payment of 50% of the Total Rental Balance is due within seven (7) days of making your reservation. Final Payment is due in full two weeks Prior to your arrival date. After that, CST CANNOT accept personal checks for Final Payments. You may request a reminder be sent VIA EMAIL ONLY however we recommend keeping track of your final payment due date personally.
MINIMUM STAY: CST offers Weekly, Nightly and Monthly rentals. Most properties are available on a weekly basis during the PEAK SEASON (typically Saturday to Saturday). Nightly Rentals are available during the MID and OFF season (3 night minimum). Properties are also available for Last Minute Reservations (2 weeks prior to arrival date) and MAY be able to reserve that property on a nightly basis during the PEAK SEASON. Two Night minimum is available for Last Minute Reservation only.
Once a reservation has been confirmed by payment and you are unable to fulfill your obligation to occupy Rental Property, Come See Tybee must be notified as soon as possible. We require all cancellations be in writing for your protection. CST will make every attempt to re-rent the property once we have received notification of cancellation. If we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full Rental Rate, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration less a $200.00 Cancellation Fee.
CHECK-IN: Check-In time is 4 PM on the beginning date of your reservation. We strictly adhere to the 4 PM check in especially druing Peak Times - plan your arrival time accordingly. We ask that guests do not go to the rental property before 4 PM, as the rental propert may not be ready for check in.
CHECK-IN AFTER HOURS: Can be arranged PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
CHECK OUT: CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00AM - Guests are required to leave the property in the same condition it was when Guest arrived. CST will provide all Guests with a copy of the Check Out Procedures (upon arrival) that outline what is expected when you leave the property. CST strictly adheres to the check out time in order to prepare the condo for the next guests. Should you stay beyond the designated check out time a fee of $30.00 per hour will be billed to your credit card on file. After you have checked out, the property will be inspected to insure that the rental property has been left in good condition and is damage free for the next guests. If upon inspection the property is left in an excessively unclean condition, proper check out procedures have not been met and/or damage is apparent, a minimum of $75.00 will be billed to your credit card on file. Please review the Departure and Check out procedures that are listed on this site and included in your rental package.
Departure & Check-Out Procedures: Come See Tybee rentals maintains the highest standards for all rental properties. Properties that are rented from CST are in excellent condition upon check in. Our staff follows strict guidelines when preparing the rental for new guests. Please make sure to follow the check-out procedures very carefully to avoid additionals charges.
Wash all dishes and put away in cabinets. Take out all trash to the designated area. Leave all bedding on the beds for the maid to strip. Please do not remove the comforters. Turn off all lights and turn A/C up to 80 degrees and heat to 60 degrees. REMOVE ALL FOOD AND TRASH FROM THE CONDO. Close all blinds and lock all windows and doors. Leave the property tidy and in order. If you have moved any of the furniture (ie: porch furniture) place it back where it was originally found. If anything is damaged or not working in the condo, report it immediately. Leave all keys and comment cards on the kitchen counter upon check out.
Early Arrival & Late Check Out Fee: CST can offer a Early Check-In or Late Check Out on a very limited basis. Please understand during peak season this is not likely to be available. If you have not requested AND paid for an approved Early Check-In/Late Check Out, your check in time remains at 10:00AM and your check out time at 4:00PM. If we can accomodate your request, you will be billed an additional $30.00 per hour (one hour limit). Requests must be made and approved by CST a minimum of 24 hours prior to your arrival date (this includes for Check Out requests).
Furnishings: All of CST's rental properties are privately owned and individually furnished. This site offers accurate and up to date photo's of the properties offered by CST. If CST does not hear from you within 1 hours from check in, or by 10:00am the following morning (for those who arrive late) we will presume the property was found in satisfactory condition. You may move exterior porch furniture however ask that you do not move any of the interior furniture during your stay. A complete list of furnishings will be provided to you in your rental agreement package prior to arrival. You will need to sign this list along with the other requested documents provided for your stay. This is also the list that will be used during check out to make sure that all furnishings still remain and are in the same condition as upon arrival.
Housekeeping & Linen Fee: ALL PROPERTIES REQUIRE PAYMENT OF A NONREFUNDABLE HOUSEKEEPING FEE. The housekeeping fee will be included in your rental agreement package and must be paid prior to check in. This fee covers the departure cleaning service - during your stay, you can request daily maid service which can be provided for an additional fee - make sure to ask for this service prior to check in so that it can be arranged. You will be responsible for payment of this service, daily, to the maid service provided. Departure cleanings performed after check out focus on sanitizing baths and the kitchen, light dusting, vacuuming, stripping beds, washing all linens from beds, washing all bath and kitchen towels, replacing towels and linens to their proper places and straightening any accessories or contents of the rental property that have been moved. Please note: If the Check-Out Procedures that are listed above have not been completed and/or additional cleaning is needed, CST may bill you for the additional housekeeping costs, minimum $25.00. CST inspects each property after each rental and any missing or damaged items and linens are noted and billed to the guest accordingly
